Write your ambition statement.
This page is a worksheet, not a form. There's no wrong answer and nothing gets submitted anywhere; it's simply a guided way to put your ambition into words, one honest sentence at a time, from the land itself through to the enterprise it could become.
Every question below is plain-language on purpose. Each one has a short hint underneath it, and a greyed-out example inside the box so you always know exactly what kind of answer fits; just click into any box and start typing over the example.
GDV stands for Gross Development Value, the total projected value of everything you're describing on this page once it's fully built and sold or leased out. One site, one portfolio, one platform, the source doesn't matter; this is simply how big you're aiming.
The money side, in your own words.
Numbers are welcome, but you don't need a spreadsheet to answer these. A rough, honest sentence is worth more than a precise-sounding guess.
Everything else that actually makes this a business.
These are the parts that decide whether what you build outlasts the project itself.
Enterprise value isn't the size of one opportunity. It's whether what you've just written down survives the close, cycle after cycle.
